So then I began to make what is called residual income. That is generating ongoing income from work completed and submitted just once.
The more I earned the more excited I became. I tried other methods and some worked and some did not do so well. I was so excited at making a few bucks that I had no time to think, I just kept on going.
Soon the checks started arriving. Small checks at first. My first check was only a little over $100.00. I took the kids to eat hamburgers and I even bought myself a salad, something I had not done in quite a while.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to you for introducing me to eBooks and Internet Marketing. How my life has changed since I joined your planetsms membership. I am now a work from home mum, which is fantastic because I'm there for the kids when they come home
from school or are ill, and I will never have to miss a school play or sports day again.
I have achieved so much in the 10 weeks since I joined. My eBook website is up and running and I have just opened up my eBay shop, which is doing very well, and I am half way through writing my own eBook, which I am very excited about and I couldn't of done it without your guidance.

Knowing the value of your website as well as those you might want to purchase gives you a competitive edge in staking your claim. The same is true for the websites you might want to sell. Once you learn the ins and outs of "website flipping" you may never go back to your old methods of internet marketing again.

Now ask me AGAIN if I like marketing on the internet!
But before I answer, let me explain that not long ago the Internet was foreign territory to me. Oh, I was familiar with computers and the Internet. My old off-line business made use of word processors and databases and such. And of course, I did my share of surfing for "cool" things, and I occasionally used email to communicate with friends. But that was the extent of it.
Quite frankly, I viewed Internet marketing as a joke!
My offline business was successful and I was making a nice living at it, but by the summer of 1999, I noticed something. More and more of my clients and prospects, rather than asking me to send them information about my company and products, were simply asking me, "What is the URL of your website?"
