Years ago, I was headed for the same sad future. Sure, I was doing OK as a day trader, but the money that I acquired through my years just sat there in a meagerly performing mutual fund. I was ashamed of its non-performance; after all I was supposed to be knowledgeable about these things. I wasnt properly taking care of my own nest egg.
